The DeWalt DC9096B is a 18V XRP Extended Run-Time Battery Pack. The DeWalt only uses top quality cells for their cordless batteries. The DC9096 XR+ Pack Extended Run Time batteries deliver 40% more run time than XR PACK batteries. They are high capacity 2.4 Amp-Hour with new cobalt technology which produces extended run time. The Ni-Cd cells used by DeWalt offer consistent performance in a wide variety of climates and applications. It is for use with all DeWalt 18V cordless tools.
