The new charger is too sensitive and gives the Too Hot/Cold warning if trying to recharge batteries soon after they are discharged. I waited over 30 minutes but could not get it to stop the warning. Two hours later it was still blinking the warning. It worked the next day in the basement, but that was too late. I would rather use the old dual charger. I am able to put them right in after using them up.
