Product Description
Professional Model backup sump pump that works like a main sump pump. In fact, it uses a 110 Volt, 1/3 Horsepower sump pump to remove water from the sump. Connected to a Power Inverter, it automatically operates off two marine type batteries. The inverter takes the DC power provided by the batteries and converts it to 110 Volt power for use by the back-up sump pump. A high capacity battery charger keeps the batteries fully charged and has a light monitoring system to alert you to the batteries' condition. This is the complete, professional quality, high capacity back up sump pump system for your home. Because of the high efficiency of this pump unit, the PH3500 can operate for 2 - 5 days or more, depending on how often it has to cycle. In most cases, this is more than enough to keep your basement dry during a power outage or main pump failure.
