First of all, even though the product headline indicates it is a "2 Pack", there is only 1 hose in the package. If you read the detailed product description, it indicates that there is only 1 hose in the package, so I don't know why Amazon claimed that it is a "2 pack". Call Amazon and tried to get them to send me the second hose, and the customer rep wanted me to ship back the one I received - she is adamant that there are 2 hoses in the package, and they just shipped me the wrong one. Long story short, she finally agreed to ship me a new one - a "2 pack" this time, and that I can keep the one I received - implying that I am getting a freebie. Ha! Got the new one a few days later, and guess what, it is a single hose again! Amazon should have deleted the "2 pack" reference and reduce the price by half, this way anybody who wants to buy the product can just order two. Secondly, the hose has a shut-off mechanism when leakage is detected, and you have to disconnect and reconnect the hose from the valve to deactivate the shut-off. Unfortunately, the instruction seems to indicate that the shut-off mechanism will be activated if you were to shutoff the water supply, and you'd have to disconnect/connect the hose again - rather annoying, especially if the valve is not easily accessible. Other than that, it does give me the peace of mind.
